On Sat Dec 30 my CAT connection slowed to "walking pace" on Sun the 1st of Dec, Jan (my wife) phoned the "technical services" in Bangkok and did so every day until Thurs ,she was assured that the problem was at my end and nothing was wrong with the CAT signal coming from BKK , I now read that the rioting "Hooligans" broke into CAT offices and did 300 million bahts worth of damage! , why did they not just say that in the first place instead of coming out with a load of bollocks?, I am now pleased to write as of the last 30 minutes or so that my PC speed is back to normal , what is up with these people ?, why not just admit it and have done with it, is it a "face" thing or What? or could it be they are trained to lie just to keep the customer from putting the onus on them to put things right and get their house in order?![]()
