Thread: Anybody here write Apps?

Myself and a friend (Neep on here) have come up with an idea for an app... apparently you can make money from them and we would be willing to let some boffin write the app for a very small % of the takings....

Anyway, the conversation below details how the app idea came about. Interested parties should show their interest here along with any general criticism/feedback...



Me: who is processing...barry the tawt?

Scott: no. A polish guy called maciej

Me: or Lewis the ckrip?

Scott: magic. Lewis the what?

Me: magic?.. thought he worked for us?

Scott: polish boy with glasses. Big boy

Me: last job I was on I was told something was fixed by magic... but they meant that guy you have there. Must be agency then

Scott:he is good. He has fixed everything that barry the twat and lewis the rocker did. They had done something wrong in the setup

Me: aye - heard he was a bit of a boffin computer whizz type

Scott:so all of the work had to be reprocessed

Me: writes apps and stuff I think


Scott: we should write apps. Make some money from it. Bowel movement logger

Me: yeah - poop counter

Scott: takes a note of what time of day you shit. Can take a pic

Me: 'log logger'

Scott: little table so you can record weights and dimensions

Me: 'log your logs'

Scott:consistency. Upload your shit. Fires a pic onto the internet

Me: have to integrate it to facebook

Scott: yep. and twitter. Show everyone. Some of mine i would like to show to people. They are beauties sometimes. Big fuckers loaded with sweetcorn

Me: i do dead long ones sometimes with the one big push

Scott: some of them are not worth showing

Me:rabbit droppings

Scott:shoelaces

Me:bowl splatterers should rate high

Scott:yeah

Me:angle of spread counts

Scott: points for devastation. Crop spraying

Me: ask magic to write it. Log your logs by magic

Scott: i might. itunes wouldnt have it though. They dont like things like that. A bloke on here came up with an app.Got a company to write it. Its called beer ping. If you are in a pub you send out a notification and other people can then join you. Links to facebook and all that. Its being reviewed and they knocked him back for something

Me: you can do that anyway can't you - foursquare and stuff

Scott: Probably knocked it back because you cant take pictures of your shits

Me: what about 'poop ping'. Could combine the 2 apps

Scott: good idea. Hows about beer shits. Take pics of your hangover dumps. That would be immense

Me: 'poop ping' has a nice ring. Invite your mates over to see your poop in real life

Scott:automatically update your FB status with "im shitting" and an easting and northing


So that is the idea at birth... any takers?
