Thread: Using an Android tablet in a car

My girlfriend has recently bought a new car and is looking at installing a reversing camera , we have seen some kits that come complete with the camera and screen .

My girlfriend has an old working 7 inch Android tablet that she does not use any more .The question ive been asked is , can she just buy a small reversing camera and use the Android tablet as a screen . The tablet has wi-fi and bluetooth options .

Any one have an idea if this could work .

You could hardwire the original phone camera to the back of the car and hard wire it in, if you could be arsed.
