When I first saw the Galaxy Note I thought it looked comical and ridiculous but now it looks normal and my Google Nexus looks petite.
I remember 10 years ago when the coolest phones were getting smaller and smaller...

Not a fan of that kind of product, they're neither here nor there for me. Too big as a phone, too small to replace an ipad.
The wife just pre ordered her S4 today, while I'm stuck with my S3 with a cracked screen for another year.
Do you know the release date for the S4 here in Thailand?Originally Posted by Aberlour
The Google Nexus would be my first choice for smartphone and tablet, but not found in Udonstani when I was shopping for them.
The Midget's Galaxy Grand has a 5" screen and that's borderline silly for a phone. I might just stick a sim card in my tablet and use that, it bigger is better.
I want the biggest screen that I can comfortably fit in my pocket.
Currently have a GS3 and am pretty happy with it.
I had a look at the iphone the other day in the shop. Its just too bloody small.
I also have the GS3 and love it. I wouldn't feel comfortable with anything bigger.
I have friends that have the iphone 5 and I think it is way too small too. It does take nice pics..although so does the GS3.
After being almost five years in Korea, I decided last September to buy my first smartphone. I really didn't know what I was missing until I got this baby. The best investment and an amazing monthly plan too (9 gigs, 450 mins, 450 texts) for about $72.00. I don't use half of my allowance, but I never worry about going over.
You really need to get above 4.5" and 1280px screen before you have something that can really be a web browser. The iPhone is a girlie fashion accessory.Originally Posted by TizMe
There is an even bigger thing coming from Samsung to put up to your lugs to make a call ,, the new 8" tablet , soon to be released
Mind you thinking about that I wonder if the " you have to have hands free telephone rule" could be abused by holding a tablet up to your lugs ?
you need to add something like the Jabra Clipper - bluetooth stereo headsetOriginally Posted by nigelandjan
clip the bluetooth reciever to your shirt and plug the earphones in as you need them - earphones can be changes as the reciever has a 3.5mm jack

Smeg has already got his as his father in law manages Samsung Singapore and he gets a pre-release model a month early.
Free to those who can afford it, very expensive to those who can't.
Personally I'm downsizing phones to one of the smaller Galaxies. And also have galaxy note TAB for non-phone stuff like internet. Don't carry it around though (the tabs), makes you look like a wanker. The latest in Thailand is everyone whipping out their tabs over dinner in classy restaurants.
details and contact info please! PM me you or Smeg!

Just got a Samsung Galaxy 2 and it's on the verge of being too big for my liking. The Galaxy 3 is even bigger as are the other competitors models.
You guys seem to be mostly of the older, conservative type lol. Smartphones are mostly used for online uses, not calling your grandma, so bigger is better. I barely make phone calls ever.
