Yes I think this tech dude is the cause of all the problems. As someone said before, he probably just worked with Dell on knows how to use it.

LOL, no. He's the tech for a 3rd party turn key all inclusive bookie website. Eurotrash. The back end is clunky, the front end looks amateaurish and from the 90's, and he left us in a lurch trying to get these bloody servers. No diea why they chose them, not much else available, and the Indians building their own site / system are taking their sweet time
