    Field Agent Position

Hello all, my company is looking to expand into Thailand as some cases are starting to open up for us.

I am looking for someone, preferably a local Thai, for a Field Agent position with my company. I would prefer a college-grad, from a business-related college, who is proficient in both speaking and writing in English. They must be able to write reports in English as well as translate Thai documents and reports into english and liaison with our claimants in a professional matter. The pay is negotiable but I can put the figure between 300-450 Baht per hour (does that sound like a realistic figure, pay-wise?).

Having said all this, I would be still be open to an ex-pay who is fluent in Thai and has a business or legal background.

I would appreciate any information or feedback or possibly where I should look for the right candidate. Also, what is the minimum pay for a college grad straight out business school In Thailand these days.

    Thanks.

There will be times, though, when the person will put overtime in but very few the next as it is Claimant related.

Before I make any suggestions, what is your line of work?

My part is medical services. We are hired out by insurance companies to basically make sure their clients get the medical services they need (we don't investigate fraud or anything like that). Usually large companies that hire locals for labor or white collar work of some kind. Once we are hired, we basically hand carry the client from start to finish until he is fixed, or given disability rating and then pension or can return to work. We are about to get some clients in Thailand. I manage countries, well actually the continent of Africa but will probably take Thailand due to my ties there. We pay for the appointments, medications, sessions and collect all the paperwork and report back to the insurance company on their client's progress.

Also, any ideas where might be some good places to advertise for the position?
