It's on the third floor, they get more expensive the higher up you go, so this is the cheapest 1br in the building. It's off sukhumvit soi 71, 5 mins to Prahkanong BTS. You're paying for the location and the fact that it's new, nicely decorated, in an all singing all dancing building.
