Restaurant and business to sell in Korat City, Thailand.

My name is Gaston, a Swiss (French speaking) citizen. I have been living few years in Korat and I own Amporn restaurant. We are well established in Nakhon Ratchasima and Isaan. Amporn has a restaurant offering Thai and Western food, home delivery, live music, etc. Amporn also organized tours and accommodations through our website.

I learned this month in 2009 that my health problems are getting worse, blood cancer. Therefore, I would like to enjoy as much as I can life, and sell my business.
I invested more than 400,000 baht in that restaurant and have all invoices. The restaurant makes profits and we can show all the accounting. It includes amplifier, microphone and mixer for music, projector for live TV (paid 40,000 baht few months ago), a bar, some aquarium, pizza oven, refrigerators and all the furniture.
The restaurant is already running and I can help for the transition. The staff, cooks and waitresses, could also stay, if you want.
I will still continue my work until I find a buyer. As you can imagine, the fastest, the best for me.
The price is 560,000 baht for everything, including the website. All.
You can start tomorrow, if you wish.
    Negotiable for a quick sale.

    Best regards
    Gaston

Terrible news Gaston but I hope sincerely that your luck changes both with regard to the successful sale of your business and an improvement in your health.

Does not sound a lot of money and I suppose the most important thing for interested parties is whether or not you applied for and received a work permit.

Again good luck and remain positive! That is most important!

Very sad news my dear friend, will call you ASAP...

If anyone takes the restaurant, the cook lady should be kept as she is really good, and among the many great dishes she makes, there is probably the best Tiramisu in Thailand. She is one of the reason for the actual success, good food, very correct prices...

The place is doing good, so sad news !

Get well quick, i still wanna meet you many times to remake the world as we did so many times !

so you are just selling the restaurant, not the adjoining hotel?

Doubt it would be ethical or legal to include the hotel in the deal DrAndy.

    Hi guys,

the website Gaston means is hotelisaankorat.com, not koratexpat.com or part of it. koratexpat.com is a service for expat businesses in Korat. It is still in development.

    Cheers,

    Koratexpat
