it seems to be in good condition and it's probably a fair price for phuket, but it's essentially a hotel room with a kitchen sink.

and i doubt the view will be the same in a few years.....there's no way that land is going to remain vacant forever....the new owner could end up with a view of another apartment building

It's NOT one bedroom one bath. It is a tiny and ridiculously overpriced 36 square meter studio...

Still , somebody with too much money and little or no sense might buy it
as there is no accounting for taste.

Aren't the ridiculous the ones who buy a house in their wife name ? If I was poor I would prefer to buy this nice condo in my name than still own nothing like most of stupid foreigners in Thailand... I would like to check if their house is as nice as this condo but I already know the reply <3 <3 <3

I'm sure the OP is asking a fair price for his place, but I never understand why prices are so high for a place in a barely functioning, 3rd world country. One company is building a condo block in Udon and is selling for 80k/sqm!! FFS!!

This typical Thai construction cant be in that category. This is simply the the ten thousand baht a square meter come in one door, there are no windows and here is your view plus balcony style. It does have a lot of built in woodwork which is nice. But it is not in the luxury category for sure but priced pretty near that level.

The residence was built on 2010 and i paid it 1.700.000 bahts 3 years ago, at this period there wasn't any other cheaper new condo in Phuket Town, now many project sand lower prices i know but may be lower standing... I can discount a bit only because i will pay all the taxes by myself...

This place is located on a back road with a very circutious route. Filled with renters and lots of shady looking residents. Its one of those multi-story wet dreams thought up by Thai developers to get Thai's in the door of ownership poverty. Stay well clear of this property. should be listed as a rental and if selling, less than 700,000 in today's glut market in Phuket.

Mate, I'm sorry to say but IMHO it's the most soulless cell I could imagine out side of the Inverness gaol.

At least you can fry an egg, do a wee and have a ciggie on the balcony at the same time.

    Nice selling point?
