SINGAPORE, June 13 (Reuters) - Deutsche Bank (DBKGn.DE) said on Monday it had stopped participating as a primary dealer in the Bank of Thailand's repo market, amid reports that the central bank had suspended its permit following a regulatory infringement.

"Deutsche Bank ceased to partcipate in the Bilateral Repo activities of the BOT (Bank of Thailand) from April 2011," the German lender said in a statement.

A report over the weekend by Bloomberg said the Thai central bank had suspended its permit in May during its annual review of the market.

However, Deutsche stressed that it is still active as a trader in Thailand's government bond market and that the rest of its operations in the country are unaffected.
