I got mine done in a place just inside soi 22 a couple of weeks ago. 1000 baht for cleaning and exam. Don't recall the name, something with Smile or Smiles in it. Seemed like they did a good job. Spent an hour on me. Just thought their might be some rants or raves out there. Any known rip off places?

Just paid 900 at the Mayo hospital. Good dentist, good job but the same thing last year was only 650. Quite a jump in price.

As I seem to have a Hirsuite fetish I go to the barbers on the corner of Onnut and sub-soi 63.

To clear any fur-balls I go to the vet just south of Seri Centre on Srinakarin Rd.

A year ago I went to a place on soi 3 right before you get to the hospital. They charged me 1000 baht. Some Indian women did the work. She was a bit rough but they came out clean enough.

    Ditto.

    At the sink.

I've got one of those new fangled "tooth brush" things.

Also some rather pleasant tasting creamy stuff in a tube.

    "Toothpaste" they call it.

    Seems to work fine.

You can get the nasty tasting old fashioned Chinese tooth powder in most pharmacies as well if you get tired of paying 160 baht for crappy sweet tasting toothpaste.
Stuff leaves your teeth mighty clean.

ginge it's much easier to get all your teeth removed then they can be cleaned in a glass beside the bed while you sleep, make sure they don't get pinched by your choice of hired girlfriend though!

I just had a tooth extraction on Tuesday night, I'm going back late this afternoon for scaling, which gets rid of any dental tartar build-up. You can not get rid of, or avoid this by just brushing your teeth with a toothbrush. Cost is B800 at the place I go on Sathorn Road. I will probably get some Fluoride therapy too.

    Where in Bangkok are you?

I used to use the place on Asoke between Cowboy & the Millennium Hotel. They're reasonably priced and one of the dentists is a bit of a babe.

The first two weeks were the hardest,Its not so much the smoking,Just the habbit
    of smoking while drinking,After a meal ...

I came across the Allen Carr easy to quit smoking book.

I have lasted two weeks on previous tries,This seems to be the breaking point
of ( Ive done well,One wont hurt stage )

I recommend you pick up the book,I didnt think it would help or work but the best
think the book explains is how your mind in brain washed and that all the time
you are smoking you are bullshitting yourself of why you have to smoke and
how you can quit any time you want if you really want to.

I have had no urge and Im confident that I will never smoke again !
The book has a 95% success rate,I had heard of the guy before but I only purchased
it by chance because I was owed some credit at topps books store in Pattaya.

I had smoked 20 a day before this for the last 15 years.

Good luck and dont try the will power method,People always go back,If its one month or 1 year later.

350 baht, Rangsit every other month. And the dentist, she is friendly and speaks nearly perfect English.
