Have not heard anything good from Dylan since circa 1970 - in fact all he has recorded since then is crap - just not as crap as seeing him live - now there is a good waste of time an money.

All of the above.
Quite like the ''Infidels ' album
1. whether or not 'blonde on blonde' is a better album than 'blood on the tracks is another discussion altogether. my response was to your earlier post in which you stated that everything he's released since 1970 was 'crap'.
2. haven't listened to 'tempest', so i can't give an opinion. probably the most current release i've listened to is 1997's 'time out of mind', and as i posted earlier, i think it's excellent. btw, i didn't know people still listened to music on CDs.....can't remember the last time i did. even the car has an mp3 player.
3. and i don't see why dylan should pack it in. he enjoys writing, recording and performing music....and there are many people who enjoy listening to it.

Interesting that professed Dylan fans do not listen or have not heard his current offerings. The CD btw was given to me by a 70 yo a real Dylan fan - who admitted it was all crap
Could barely play the guitar, terrible voice, but wrote some great lyrics

Yep you have summed him up perfectly.
Yes we onside on this one

The movie I'm Not There is worth a look based on Bob Dylan
