    Cool Member challenge

Yesterday I shaved my head, put on a shirt, my best tie, smart pressed trousers, business socks and some new black leather shoes I got from Tesco's in Jomtien last december, then I put on my best fake Raybans and went down to the beach and ran into the sea where I swam and frolicked about for a while, much to the bemusement of onlookers.

It was very difficult to swim dressed for a job interview so I didn't swom much and I soon got exhausted and was bashed about by the waves upon my return.

I managed to keep both my shoes on but lost the fake raybans. There's lots of sand in all my pockets, and there's oil on my shirt I can't get off.

    My watch fortunately still works.

I challenge any other members to do this and post some photos as proof.

you need to set up an account in the 'galleries' section - there's a brief tutorial by the Captain in 'Guests / How to do stuff on the board' section.

Scampy, I would love to join you in a moment of madness but as you know I live 600kms from the sea .
How about a picture of me in the jacuzzi wearing a tuxedo.
    Would that qualify ?

I can confirm the truth in The Hutchinson Whumps claims, as I have actually seen the photos. I might add that you do look like a complete idiot, but hey, as long as you enjoyed yourself!

I'm ok, but a little bit fatigued.
Never mind 10 minutes more of doing absolutely nothing and I can go home.

    And you??

I REALLY want to THIS YEAR learn the Thai for "Run for your lives-they have escaped" whist running from the exit door at Chaing Mai Night Safari.

I will get my Mrs to take pictures when I am doing it and post them here.

Don't know when , but I really wanna do it... it should be a laugh

Phrae, sweet - just looked it up and looks like a nice place.

When I am in the country we split our time between Bangkok and a little place right up against the border of Thailand, Laos and Cambodia.

Went there for the open house last month. Pictures I took are much like you'd get only running in the opposite direction. Some one yelling "It's Free!!!" "It's Free!!!"

Dreadlocks are for people who drink piss, read Howard Marks, smoke dope and listen to Coldplay... You won't see me dead with them, that's me in the avatar - it's the best I could do but it's only one of 9 pictures.
