    Hi .. looking for advice ,, When i press the @ tab " comes up ,, when i press " @ comes up ,,,, ?????????

    Check the keyboard setting in Windows. Are you using XP or Vista?

    It's set for UK keyboard.

    Go into control panel

    Global settings and change it to US keyboard.
