Where ca I get a new CPU fan ?

My CPU fan sometimes has a grumbling bearing so I thought I would replace it now rather than wait for a disaster to happen.
When I pull the fan I find that it is a PWM fan and no-one in Phrae stocks them.
Does anyone know where I can get one mail order in Thailand.
