not sure exactly where they found the semen , but anyway
I'm sure he pleaded innocent, both at both his trial and retrial
he claimed for his defence that
-he had consensual sex with Meridith Kercher
then went to the bathroom,
while he was on sat on the bog, listening to his ipod, inbetween tracks
he heard screams-and saw 2 whites people leaving ,he claimed one said 'there's a negro here '
he said he knew as a black he would be accused , so did a runner across Europe .
Sounds plausible.Originally Posted by blue

^ Figures.
Hope your right, but I think not in this life! Why would someone like Trump get involved? I wonder if she was poor and ugly as sin and black and..........?Originally Posted by ENT

yes, they did, and he admitted being part of it
but it wasn't him who actually killed her, they have proven that
so why did Knox get off, that was what I was asking? she has been proven to be a liar, she tried to pin the blame on an innocent man, it seems likely she was there etc etc
the DNA evidence was contaminated so could not be relied on, but there must have been other evidence, even from her co-murderers
I have reported your post
Yes, that's the way I recall the earlier stories too. She and summer-wap-fling b'friend were there. Whether they were there when she was killed couldn't be proved. The black guy had sex with the victim (which might have been consensual) and she was killed by someone.
What I haven't heard much about is the overall environment of the hosue that night. Was there a big party? Were many people there? Only a few? What was the motive? I recall there was plenty of circumstantial evidence originally - but you don't hear much about that any more.
My mind is not for rent to any God or Government, There's no hope for your discontent - the changes are permanent!
^ I"m curious as the what went on in the house also and where Knox was. She claims she wasn't there. At her boyfriend's apartment?

This "former" FBI guy Steve Moore keeps popping up all the time on TV and in newspapers in Knox's defence. Ya gotta wonder if he's on the payroll of the media handlers. Have no doubt a contract would have been signed with a big company a year ago at least - the book and movie rights will all be tied up in that - and to protect the investment the company would require that it completely take over all the media interviews etc. I'll bet thar other "friend" of the family on TV who'd "only met Amanda once" but was the "facts guy" for the media was also on the payroll. Ain't the free market American Way so reassuring?
I reckon Knoxy did the slit while Guede watched and Solecito did the grip.
^ Guede did the slip while the other 2 were otherwise engaged.
^^He could well have done, but he made a statement saying Knox & the boyfriend weren't there. If they were with him, as some think, then why cover for them ?
Guede's cellmate claims that Rudy Guede told him there was another person with him but it was not Amanda or Raffaele.
I agree TS. If one searches long and hard enough on important issues such as evidence or in this case 'rubbishing evidence' then you'll always find professional people out there offering their assistance for a fee.
If the reports of multiple errors by forensic officers are true, then the prosecution were up against it and seemingly the pair walked because of technicalities attributed to officers dealng with forensic evidence.
I doubt whether the prosecution will appeal the latest verdict as they appeared to have had ample time to peruse and counter the defence's list of anomalies relating to the production of evidence in 2009 prior to their appeal being heard.
Noticeably the victims family members appeared quite composed despite the release of the convicted/prime suspects. Difficult for them to take this one on the chin i suspect although Guede still remains imprisoned which may lessen their grief over the matter.
Who can honestly, hand on heart now, say they haven't murdered a young woman in a sex game gone wrong? Lots of double standards here chaps.
She's now claiming 'sexual harassment' while in jail. That should bring in a few more dollars for that story. TV says Knox claimed sexual harassment in jail - Yahoo!
I cannot. I only say there is no solid evidence. That means she cannot be convicted.Originally Posted by alwarner
