Well I guess the prez gotta go in sryle.

Remember the big flap about Sarah Palin's dresses?
Americans! Where are you? Are you awake? We haven't heard any comment on
"Queen Madam" Pelosi's snit about having to ride home in the small private,
economy jet that comes with the Speaker's job. Remember how Madame Pelosi
was so aggravated that this little jet had to refuel while transporting her
to California *every*week? Remember that she insisted on a luxurious 200
seat jet to fly her to California nonstop, instead?
Hello Folks! Are you awake? Can't you muster even a little indignation?
Washington legislators who observed the Madam's Big Fat jet grinned with
glee as Joe Biden informed everyone that Nancy's luxury Jet will require
hard working American tax payers, to buy thousands of gallons of expensive
jet fuel every week. She only works 3 days a week but her gas guzzler luxury
jet flights home, to California , costs t axpayers $60,000 one way! As Joe
noted, 'Unfortunately we have to pay to bring her back on Monday night,' so
    there goes another $60,000.
Folks, that is $480,000 per month or an annual cost to taxpayers of
$5,760,000. And she complains about the cost of the war? She could take
the smaller jet which she says would cramp her style -- but since her flying
in style takes precedence over war costs -- what the hell, eh?
Military families in this country do without while this woman, who heads up
the most do-nothing Congress in the history of our country, spends
lavishly to fly herself and associates to and from California every week.
That burns me!! How about you?
Madame Pelosi expects you and me to conserve our carbon footprint by driving
smaller cars and buying a bicycle pump to over-inflate our tires for better
economy while she and her hypocrite cohorts waste tax payer dollars. Ticks
    me off mightily!

Another day... Another Democrat is caught in a major scandal.
    When will it end?

    That didn't take long.

Barack Obama's replacement in the US Senate, Roland Burris is already caught up in scandal.
    The Chicago Sun-Times reported:

Former Gov. Rod Blagojevich's brother solicited U.S. Sen. Roland Burris for up to $10,000 in campaign cash before Blagojevich named Burris to the coveted post -- something Burris initially failed to disclose under oath before an Illinois House impeachment panel, records and interviews show.

Burris (D-Ill.) acknowledges being hit up for the money in a new affidavit he has sent to the head of the House committee that recommended Blagojevich be removed from office.

    Got another one...

Culture of corruption alert: Pennsylvania Democrat convicted on 137 counts

Huge outcome in the Vincent Fumo federal corruption trial in Pennsylvania today. He’s an unhinged Democrat and slimeball former state senator. And he’s headed to the Graybar Hotel:
Former State Sen. Vincent Fumo was convicted of all 137 counts against him today as his marathon federal corruption trial ended in a stunning victory for prosecutors.
The jury also found co-defendant Ruth Arnao guilty of all 45 counts against her.
After a 30-minute hearing this afternoon, U.S. District Judge Ronald L. Buckwalter agreed to let Fumo and Arnao remain free pending sentencing although he ordered them to post bail of $2 million and $500,000, respectively, by Wednesday.

No wonder Democrat politicians are so quick to raise taxes—they aren’t paying them anyway.
California’s Rep. Pete Stark, a senior House Democrat who helps write the nation’s tax laws, has been claiming a $1.7 million Maryland home as his principal residence in recent years, although he represents the Golden State’s 13th District on the east side of San Francisco Bay.
The 77-year-old Stark has saved himself nearly $3,900 in state and county taxes by claiming the six-acre waterfront estate as his principal residence, according to an investigation by Bloomberg News.
Maryland law allows the tax break only to those residences used “for the legal purposes of voting, obtaining a driver’s license, and filing income tax returns.”

Notified of the discovery, a state official said an investigation would be launched.

How about another one, boys & girls!

This is beginning to get repetitious. Just in from the EPA, another Obama nominee is bailing out over scrutiny of his past:
    EPA Statement on Jon Cannon
    Release date: 03/25/2009
    Contact Information: Betsaida Alcantara, 202-564-1692 / alcantara.betsaida[at]epa.gov or Brendan Gilfillan, 202-564-2081 / gilfillan.brendan[at]epa.gov
(Washington, D.C. – March 25, 2009) Jon Cannon, nominee for Deputy U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator, released the following statement:
“Today I am voluntarily removing my name from consideration to be Deputy Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency. It has come to my attention that America’s Clean Water Foundation, where I once served on the board of directors, has become the subject of scrutiny. While my service on the board of that now-dissolved organization is not the subject of the scrutiny, I believe the energy and environmental challenges facing our nation are too great to delay confirmation for this position, and I do not wish to present any distraction to the agency.”
EPA Administrator Lisa P. Jackson said: “I’m disappointed that Jon Cannon will be unable to serve as Deputy Administrator, and I thank him for his many years of dedication to the EPA. The administration will move quickly to identify a new candidate who can help us carry out our mission to preserve environmental sustainability and create green jobs as we transition the nation to a clean energy economy.”

The White House is denying that the president bowed to King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia at a G-20 meeting in London, a scene that drew criticism on the right and praise from some Arab outlets.

"It wasn't a bow. He grasped his hand with two hands, and he's taller than King Abdullah," said an Obama aide, who spoke on the condition of anonymity.

Why can't they admit that Obama, a neighorhood community organizer, forgets he is The President of the United States of America? Why must they lie? French President Sarkozy is as short as the Saudi king, did Obama lean forward for him too?

It's strange that these brain freezes occur when he stands before a Saudi king and not before a French president. Is he some sort of Manchurian Candidate? How could he forget he's the President of the United States of America? Why would he be in such awe of a Saudi leader that he would forget who he is supposed to be and what country he represents?
