Gosh, you just don't get it, do you? She's the house speaker. She's supposed to be rallying support from both sides to pass the bill, but NO, she just can't contain herself from attacking the other side (I would bet she was infuriated coz the Reps cut her pork projects; after all, the speech was not what her speechwriters scribbled previously).
