Someone with Bush's limitations couldn't even run a grocery store let alone a modern industrialized nation. Do you think he actually decides the fate of countries that he can't even locate on a map? Dubbya isn't very dangerous at all. Dick Cheney and others who aren't very public are calling all the shots.
