It's owned by the miserable git who started L'Opera on Suk Soi 39, but this is a cut above that place food wise. Basically, the guy knows how to run a restaurant and has a real top-end chef. It's supposedly the best Italian restaurant in Thailand, but Tuddy knows a better one.
