| I don't know where they get their food but they're not serving cheap ingredients from what it looks like. Among the listed ingredients are Aborio rice, gorgonzola, lots of heavy cream, parmesan, the sausages and such. Those sort of things can get pretty pricey here. The rent in that part of town isn't very low either. I seems pretty reasonable to me.
