Yes, there's a "losers" thread regarding weight and it's a great thread. But there is a lot of topics there - all of which I like: exericising, lifting, eating certain foods, avoiding other foods, and the discussion of certain diet plans.

*Here is a thread for eating schedules, foods, diets, nutrition, etc. You can discuss your macros (protein/carb/fat) ratios, diet changes.

*You can ask questions of other members.

*You can post articles on certain things foods contain, both good and bad.

*You can tell us about a diet plan, or ask about one(s).

*If this thread doesn't work fine. If it does work, great.

*Training or exercise(s) can be on a Training thread.
