EAT LESS, MOVE MORE.

Am trying to do the first as, with arthritis in both knees, the second is not really an option !
However if I can reduce weight the prospect of walking more may not seem too bad

Whilst eating less may help, the real way to lose weight is by not eating high calorific foods

so try to avoid all fats and sugars

if you eat less calories then you will lose weight

exercise hardly loses you any weight, but it does make you more healthy
