I used to have this bike.....and me dog.![]()
Either a scout or a WLA HD, move the dog

Sorry dog stays, had the dog longer than the bike.....besides anyone can see its a wla without moving the dog.

The four legged one looks great, and I have ridden some motorcycles and some two legged 'bikes', that were a lot worse looking than the WLA !

Beast it was called....leaked oil everywhere, side shift down by your left leg, foot clutch that needed ironman to change it, throttle in reverse as anti theft device....sounded good but.

some good looking choppers in the photos. Did not know they were far out in KK. Good pics Rigger.
Yeh the local bike shop are doing some nice custom work, pitty its with in line 4s and 400/600 steed engines. But the do make some nice custom tanks and stuffOriginally Posted by Travelmate

Not sure I would guess they are made here.
I have a new project happening a mutant buell chopper there are some pics back a page or two.

Yeh I had to mod mine a little with andrews race cams, Thunder storm race heads, 1250 big bore kit , Mukuni 42mm, but now it pulls hardOriginally Posted by Travelmate
No such thing as to much Hp![]()

with twins it more to do with getting as much torque as possible rather than horsepower. As twins has a limited RPM range. As for use in a chopper it is perfect. the smoothness of the torque curve helps to ride a bike with a geometry that more in tune with straightline stability rather than turnin abilities.
Does Spin know about that...Originally Posted by Rigger

Yeh I use to use that excuse as well when I rode a harley, Anyway the Buell engine would be putting out around 85 ft/bl of torque at a guess. The picture in the avatar in a V twin that has plenty of torque and Hp and is a real blast to ride with the sweet sound of a V twin.Originally Posted by Travelmate
Anyway back to choppers one thing that will worry me is going to be the ground clearance on the mutant buell, May have to get some slugs made for the front forks to lift it up a bit as I can see myself scrapping the frame all over Khon kaen

your going to the gym right? A few more kilos off and that may solve the problemOriginally Posted by Rigger

I had a Honda V four was ok. Now have the ZX10R all of 160BHP to play with.Originally Posted by Rigger
I gotta agree with Rigger, nothing beats the sound of a V-Twin.....
