Thread: Any exporters having trouble getting Certificate of Origin?

We've been trying to get a CO done for a week with no joy, normally only takes mins. Apparently they've switched to an online system, which is crashing continually. Anybody else having problems or have more info?

Customs have recently moved to a paperless system, so a snafu is probable. Haven't done CO for a few months (orders slowing up from UK), so cannot confirm the situation at the moment...

Thanks, snafu is an understatement, it seems the system isn't working. From what we're being told there are 1,000's of companies waiting for COs and shipping companies are no accepting Euro orders until the problem is solved.

Would be nice if someone could confirm.
