Clearly, Obama is a real neophyte in foreign policy or foreign affairs. He needs a
very strong and innovative Secretary of State.
My 'go to' man would be Kissinger for a recommendation. Again, making good on your promise to bridge the partisan divide, and at least keep a strong defense position in mind before you give away the farm.
