Seriously, Chi, I love your restaurant threads, but these pizzas look pretty run-of-the-mill (from the restaurant) to me. There are half a dozen places here in HH that could do as well or better. Two that could do much, much better. (Mama Mia's & La Villa). As for the garlic bread - I make it much better than that.
Now, your av pizza - if you find somewhere in BKK that does that, let me know. I'll be up in a flash!
