How to make chicken curry - Kashmiri Meat Masala

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons coriander,
2 tablespoons kashmiri chili powder,
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds,
1 teaspoon poppy seeds,
1 stick cinnamon,
4 cloves,
6 cardamoms,
1 big onion,
1 inch ginger,
8 cloves garlic.
Method:
Grind all of the above into a fine paste.
1 Cut up chicken.
2 onions sliced,
2 teaspoons saffron,
2 big tomatoes,
4 cardamoms
Ghee for frying.
Method:
Fry onions in ghee until light brown.
Add the saffron with a little bit of hot water
Add ground masala.
Add tomatoes and 4 cardamoms.
Add chicken and cook till tender.
