| If I am interpreting this correctly, if the Supreme Court rules against DC then they will have to allow individual hand gun ownership. If they uphold the DC law as being constitutional DC will be able to retain it's 32 year old law. In no way will this impact states that currently allow hand guns. Significant the court is ruling on second amendment but don't see this having a significant change nationwide to the overall situation re gun control.
