Why do katrina "victims" believe the government owes them anything?

They chose to live in a dangerous area -- they took a gamble.
If they didn't have home insurance -- they took a gamble.

I'm tired of bailing out stupid people. What year was that hurricane -- '05? Fuck 'em.
