Umm... That's a hard one. I know that there is a blessing ceremony, with a monk. There is also something about putting money at the bottom of the first pillar or the first hole. If you look at some of the more established members threads: Dr. Andys or Hillbily's (from contruction famous threads) I think it goes into some detail with pictures.
