There is nothing difficut about making Thai food, I cook most of ours at home, smply because I enjoy cooking and the wife has a limited repertoire, I like to get a bit more adventurous.
Last time I was back in OZ acquaintance opened a new restaurant, the food was a shocker so spent a couple of weeks showing how.
Sounds arrogant I know, but thats how it was, the "cooks" were Thai students part timing, they didn't have a bloody clue.
I agree that you probably have not met a faraang that knows how to cook Thai food, but you have not met a multi talented new age man with such a broad range of skills, such as myslf before.
