    I hear Boon's point on the pop-culture part of Che. A lot of the middle-class, sheltered suburbanites who are backpacking, staying in their air-conditioned hotels, wear t-shirts of Che, and other logos.

    Then they'll likely return to the cubicle for 9 to 5.

    Have they done anything?

    No, and most supporters of anything, usually don't actually do anything.

    It's like the U.S. flag waving I see a lot.

    It seems not everybody shares your myopic hate-Che disparaging which is surreptitiously posted by you whenever the name is mentioned.

    It's always the same flag-waving patriots who go ballistic whenever any active anti-establishment figure is discussed, be it Che, MM, Chomsky or Carter. The knee-jerk reactions are quite bemusing.
