I always read it at the Old Dutch, so I don't care how much it costs.

Then I would be a bit miffed, yes, especially if I had to read the Nation.

If you hold a subscription now you may renew before February first at the old rate. Which is what I plan to do. Get the Nation at work.

Apart from a selection of several hundred women within crawling distance, having the Old Dutch on the doorstep would be one of the greatest benefits of your place Marmite.
Of course being that close to good food would lead to a rapidly expanding waistline..........but I guess you know that already.

Dunno - I find the Nation far superior i some respects - their editorials and political commentators are far more outspoken than Bangkok Post nowadays. BP is now just a shadow of its former self, IMHO.

Yeah I origionally came here to save the Thai race from their inevitable doom but then I walked into a bar and the rest is history.

I can't read the Nation. Every story spread over 2 or 3 pages and the sports section is the pits.

Surely there must be someone in there worth saving - even if only for a short time....

Well - my attitude to sport is the same as my attitide to sex

I love doing it myself, but can't be bothered to watch (or read about) someone else doing it.
