good security, the village itself has a swimming pool, tennis courts, gymnasium.

I'll post some pics tomorrow.

about 9 km's from the city centre.

You can have it for 1.6 million.

Selling used houses is well difficult, supply outstrips demand and Thai's love new because they are scared of ghosts and inside thier tiny brains they think they are showing off a bit more with a new house.
