Do they have Bepantham over there? Thats a good cream.

What powder are you using? There is some prickly heat powder from 7/11 in a square tin thats is pretty good.

Powder is only good for prevention!

I think the heat rash is in direct relation to the number of exclamation marks you use for every fucking thread you start.

Or, alternatively, use the prickly heat powder EVERY day.

Do not jump on me, this is my first post! if I were you I would try some antifungal - canestan or equivalent. Keep your knackers and groins dry and try to air them. Sit legs akimbo as often as possible.

And quit wearing skivvies [shorts], specially jockey shorts, but boxers ain't much better, just leave em hang in the wind and be a swinger,, always worked for me in hot climes.

I think I read somewhere that rubbing Alka-Seltza into your genitals is good for them.

Letting them melt under your foreskin seems to be a kick for some, not sure if any funghi or rashes will evacuate as a result of the exercise...

    Benovate-n creme
    generic name: Bethasone-n creme.

It's available in all pharmacies here.

I get heat rash under my arms occasionally and this stuff works like magic!

I suffered for weeks with powders until someone turned me on to this.

I don't know about alka seltzer under the foreskin, but I understand a dab of Mr Darlie on the bell end will give you something to moan about!

I suffered with gangrene nuts for years, got much worse when I moved here. I used all sorts of anti fungal creams which worked until 3 weeks after is stopped using them. I went to a Chemist in Udon 9 months ago ago poured out my sob story while waving my Poxy looking nuts under her nose (That bit BS) anyway she told me merely using a AF cream won't cure it as the fungal thingy's are in my blood.
She gave me some pills to take at the same time, cured now! not had a rash, itch anything for 8 months.
Sorry, but I don't know waht the pills were.
