    Oxo cubes or gravy granules?

Had a look online and haven't had much success, so can anyone point me in the right direction?

I am in Khon Kaen and would prefer a shop that i could order directly from.

    Cheers

For proper gravy, neither. Juices from the meat, caramelised onions and garlic, plain flour and water from boiled veg or potatoes. Yum.

I have an English mate that imports a lot of these type of products and condiments direct from the UK.

If your interested PM me your exact requirements and e-mail address and I can pass it on to him.

Bingo.. The only way. Just make up stock and freeze it.

    Exactly.
Sauces and gravies are not difficult to make from scratch.
And the end result is obviously superior.

    Whatta cop-out...
I believe the Americans and English [and relations] might be the only folks that find it necessary to smother everything in ketchup/catsup/tomato sauce.

    No imagination whatsoever....

I too love caramelized onions, but they take a long time and you have to keep stirring them. Then a lady showed me this.
    About 10 minutes prep.

I've seen withnall vandalizing his repasts with ketchup, it isn't for the faint hearted, especially when the bottle's finished.
