If i buy one of the homes it can be in my name, i cannot own the land but i can own the house.
I can rent or lease a small plot anywhere in Thailand. If i get bored of a location or have relationship problems my house can be put back in a container and moved within 24hrs.
If i decide to leave Thailand and go back to UK I can have it shipped there and it would make a nice summer house in my parents garden....and also solve a very expensive housing problem for me back there.
It's a win - win situation that might suit other farangs here?
