    Eliminator,
Get that Kwacka on the road, he sits there looking at it, seen it on the webcam in the corner, i have heard a Tookai lives in the tank, maybe that was the noise when it stopped....................Welshman winding you up.

Yeh I heard mate you picked up a nice bike there at good money
pitty but as he was the only one in the area that can keep up playing cat and dog.
Are you going to put tassles on the Blade
And you are right about Eliminators bike I heard a family of tookays have moved in and are demanded squaters rights. I just lent a mate a hand to do his bike stripped his bike to a bare frame in about 6 changs and it was rebuilt and back together in 10 days and thats only because he was waiting on a respray
How many years you been building that bike now mate. about time you pulled your finger out

    Here's my bike:

I rode it home this afternoon. AND I got my first pay on the spot ticket! 100 baht for riding in the wrong lane.

Looks like a Dragstar 1100 (def not 400cc since it has twin disks)

Could be a Royal Star but I'm sure they are push-rod engines.

If I could go out and buy a ready going bike like you guys it might be different or if I at least had some help getting the motor back into the frame then that would be different also. Kinda hard to install a 135+ kilo engine by yourself.

to you guys though, very nice bikes and thanks to both of you for helping me to get my parts in from England and the US. It's been a long trail but I'm 99.9% percent there on parts.

Thanks again and the beers on me next meeting.

My mate gave me a 400cc monster to use whilst work was being carried out on my Varadero. Fucking straight through exhaust. Car alarms were going offf, children were droppping dead in the street, birds were falling from the sky - it was fucking loud.

I fail to see the problem with all this !

Squirrel - i hear that the 110 honda wave is pretty quiet!

i have fucked my bike up.
it is stuck in Mae Teng about 35 kilometers away.
looks like i didn't feed it enough oil.
will be without it for at least a week while it is not being repaired.
    my own fault.

Depends how much damage has been caused and if you really want to be riding about on repaired bike.

How far did you drive it before the engine seized? Did you keep trying to push it along as the engine was seizing up?

^ Don't you check things before renting your bikes out?

I presume there are some decent motorcycle rental places in Chiang Mai...

You know i raced back from Phrae because the guy wanted to rent it.
even changed the front tyre in a hurry because he wanted it pronto to go on a visa run, unfortunately didn't check the oil.
all the other bikes are serviced every couple of months, but the CBR is really my personal bike that i rent out when someone fancies it.

^ Ouch! The CBR is a nice bike - it's a shame to see something like that happen.

Yes, it is a brilliant lime green! I'll never have any trouble finding it in a parking lot . I think that they are still in production, but mine is rather elderly. I had a lot of new bits put on before I picked it up - New turn signals, new clutch and speedo cables, new seat, etc... As soon as I figure out how to lift the seat I'll de-plasticize it!
