actually I was talking to someone the other day who really was the UK kick boxing champion a few years ago. He said he eventually went to Thailand for a match, and he was up against some puny little kid (in his own words). 15 seconds into the bout he was smashed out.

This has me perplexed as well. Not only about the folks that read "The Stick," but about little men that continue to stalk Thailand forums, always trying to stir up some sort of commotion with their little trolls. Someone must of stuck it waaaay up in you and broke it off.

Ok you've left the country, obviously not for you. Yet as much as you dislike the place and most of the posters that respond to you, you continue to offer your view.

Perhaps you feel are having some disruptive affect on the goings on in some posters lives, and derive some pleasure from this. Whatever the reason, amusement, spite, vindictvieness or some twisted sense of evangelism your neurosis has overtaken your personality.

An interesting specimen, definitely unbalanced; I wish you luck in exorcising the demons that obviously haunt you. Keep posting if it helps, you do come up with some gems on occasion.

We are all wired into a survival trip now. No more of the speed that fueled that 60's. That was the fatal flaw in Tim Leary's trip. Stickman Writers Get Together

After much talk, I think it is about time that we finally organised the first Stickman writers get-together. As the most prolific writer of all, Dana, will be in town in November, I suggest we try and organise it for then. Many, many people have expressed an interest in meeting "Mr. Prolific".
Ok, so who has a few ideas about how we can best arrange it. I'm thinking things like format, venue, numbers, pretty much anything. Should it be open to all submitters, all readers, just those who have written "x" submissions or what? Also, is there anyone who would like to get involved organising it? Please drop me an email with any thoughts you may have. If we are going to aim for November, we probably want to get things organised fast... Stick
