Great list! I'll have to check out one of those schools in Chiang Mai when I get out there.

Marriot Resort in Pattaya also has a course. It was 1500 baht, maximum class size 4. Make reservations at least one day in advance. The course is taught at the outdoor kitchen near the pool.

Usually 3 courses per couple. There were 3 of us so we had six different dishes, each prepared twice (each person prepared 4 dishes).

The class was fun, food was tasty, probably turned out to be 3x more than we could eat, unfortunately. Hated to waste the food.
