He mentioned a premium and it was after office hours......if my memory serves me right there is a big sign up at Nong Khai with a menu for "out of regular office hours" extra charges. Most of them were like 200-500 baht from what I can remember.

I just went and got mine for the first time (in Ubon).

They wanted my passport which I didn't have but decided that my driver license was good enough. Two photo copies for 2 baht each and then a wait of about 3 minutes + 55 baht and I walked out with my new car passport and stickers - couldn't have been easier if I tried. I do like the certificate I got saying that my car was inspected today and was found to be roadworthy, not that they would know as they never even looked at it.

Yes there is no difference but put the sticker on 80 percent tint on the back and it is not clearly visable.

Put the T on the front and the other one on the back.....they did give you the 'D' sticker as well did'nt they ?
