I see your point, but she's intentionally condemning others to death via their ignorance of her condition.

To me it is frightening that someone can be so callous.

I'm educated and know all the risks but I can't help it.

I have even entertained the thought of one of the African ladies in Sukhumvit when I go down there with my friends. I know after a load of Leo and JD's to match, I will be up it like a rat up a drain pipe, no party hat and no remorse...until the morning...

I have got away with it all my life, that's probably why I'm stupid and still do it...

Who can ignore that unprotected sex is dangerous ? Poeple who take the risk have to face the consequences.

I think there are many prostitutes here who carry the virus without knowing it. Fuck without condom and you're responsible as much as the carrier.

Just common sense.

There was a French guy living in Rawai a couple of years ago who was HIV+ and whoring it up something chronic without using a party hat.

His reasoning was that he probably got it from a whore and therefore any other whore willing to bareback deserved everything she got. The fact that he was bisexual and had previously been a casual intravenous drug user back in France didn't enter into his "reasoning".

I thought his behavior was pretty damn cold.

I don't know what happened to him but the guy who told me about it said the other French residents were going to offer him the choice of leaving or else they'd tell the girls what he was doing.

Sorry if this is slightly off topic but I am currently in Kampala and in Friday's newspaper you have the normal "loveline" advertisements...but the difference here is that over 50% are HIV positive people wishing to meet others in a similar predicament for marriage etc...... Africa or Asia...which seem more responsible to you??

I think this was for my post: Yep, they read something like "HIV positive female 25 seeks HIV positive male 30 to 40 for long term relationship and marriage"..I fear that the length of the relationship is not guaranteed to be long term though...

It is the first time I have seen such a thing ( and so many!!) and found it quite disturbing but yet heartening...
