I am sure it will be worth the wait, Great effortOriginally Posted by Bobcock
Great pix Bob..stunners all of 'em.
you should try and shoot/post more photos of people who live in the area. landscapes and architecture are great subjects but get boring after a while. give your photos some human touch with some nice smiling faces of locals.
great compositions and colours though and you use photoshop very reasonably so the photos dont look overprocessed as its quite common these days. well done.

Was that really condensation on the lense ??
Finally got round to processing the last batch from this trip.
This temple was on a hill to the east of Chiang Saen called Wat Phrathat Pha Ngao. I went up to the top by the chedi shown here to take to nice shots I had in my mind when I was attacked by several bees and stung on the shoulder a few times. So I left, I'm not as tough as Nawty.
Next day I went out early to Wat Phra Kaew in Ching Rai where there is a copy of Phra Kaew Moragot which sits in Wat Phra Kaew in Bangkok.

This was in the middle of Chiang Rai City at the monument To King Mengrai, the founder of the city.

Good photos,
Im going to Chiang Rai with the wife and kids next month. First time in that neck of the woods.
Can I just ask as I have been to CM and CR also travelled by boat between em up the Ping and painted along the way , IS that Buddha 100% Photoshop free ??
Only a question
Which buddah?...there are several in the thread.
To answer your question, nothing can be Photoshopp free as I use Photoshop to process each and every photograph otherwise you could not see them. The amount of photoshop would be different with each picture.
Thanks mate...we did the area including the sights around Chaing Rai last November but didnt get to look at the terraced rice fields etc....wonderful shots you got..
