    Korat Immigration moved??

..I bloody hope not, but from the e-mail I just recieved I've been told it's allegedly been moved to the Chok Chai side of Korat out in the middle of no where. The one I've been using the past three years is perfectly placed (for me anyway).

Anyone been there recently? I've gotta go in tomorrow.

Went there today from Pak Chong which is on the Bkk side of Korat..

I don't expect to win any awards for the pics but this may help someone,,somewhere

Carry on up the Mittrapharp Road until you reach this sign and taking the turning and lane to Chok Chai..do not, I repeat, do not carry on towards Chaiyaphum *er hem*

Carrying on up the road a bit we see this sign..Hmmm, Memock's shop is only just up the road,,could pop in for a coffee...

Another 30 k's or so up this long, boring road we come to our first obstacle...a set of traffic lights, they are a welcome break from the monotiny of Route 24..

Another 10 k's further and you will reach another set of traffic lights, but this means you've gone too far..
Do a uturn at the lights and carry on back down the road for 500 metres or so. In between the unmissable PTT Station and Toyota garage you'll find the promised land..

It's quiet, the staff are friendly and all went without a hitch.
