What nonsense- "produce a birth Certificate". He has. Hawaii computerised it's records some years ago- no hard copy BC's are kept in storage. The 'Certificate of live birth' is the birth certificate now, if the family loses (or was never issued with) the 'pre-computerised' BC. It has both been produced, and confirmed (twice) by the Hawaiian government.
No to mention, two seperate Honolulu newspapers carried the announcement of Obamas birth in 1961, a few days after his birth.

besides are you suggesting that all of the people nominated for posts on Obama's admin that turned out to be liars and tax cheats were intentionally overlooked by the admin in hopes that they would not be exposed? or did they overlook it by accident?? It says he was born in '61', simple math says that 61 from 2009 does not equal 52 years of age I can vouch personally I was born in 60 and I'm only 48. His own facebook page says he is 52 not 48 so he was born in Hawaii when it was not a State! Therefore ineligible by law to run for President!! Full stop! as some here like to say..

I think you birthers should start a whole new thread in MKP. I am simply pleading with people not to waste their time refutting these claims ad nauseum. Sabang and others have provided ample evidence refuting these ridiculous allegations. If you want to keep plowing the same ground, I agree with you, do it in MKP. I do apologize if my remarks stung you. I don't mean to single you out. I just find the whole thing so ridiculous.

Maybe you should show us your source for this. I can find no evidence that the Supreme Court ruled on this in 1984. If you can produce something I will gladly admit that I am wrong. In any case the point is moot since Hawaii was a U.S. Territory.

I don't know what Supreme court decision you're talking about it is listed in the laws that determine a persons citizenship and has been rewritten numerous times over it's existence by Congress and has nothing to do with the Supreme court.

It's been sourced in this thread or some other on here by my very self and I'm not about to go back and search it for you, you can do that for your own edification either here or in Google..
