In a jam here as the BOSS has not given approval and it will be hard to get the deal thru. Would be able to do with quite a bit if I unload the lot which is located just 10 mins from main Sukhumvit road. Originally wanted to build me own house, but don't have enough to get it done since the price of things keep going up.

So, is it for sale or not?

That is a tad expensive, is it near the new wave Temple or closer to the river?

61k per wah......not so bad, but depends on the actual location....soi 77 is kinda bfn isn't it ?? and then the location in the soi etc.

It is in On-Nut 17, Yak 12 (many bike taxis parked there often) which is a deadend soi, has only about less than 15 houses in total.

If you turn into Yak 12 (opposite Yak 1) the road will force you to turn right, the site is right in the middle of the soi after the turn. It is #20. Has a wooden house on it with sand in front.
