i think we need to keep it as simple as possible. so how about:

upto 1 rai, square plot, flat terrain.mountain views?
criteria for judging is what the judges believe to be the best, your examples above are excellent guidelines.

judges are everyone who wants to judge, vote will be counted.no cv required

yes to perclusion of design professionals, but they can give c and c's.
any format is acceptable.
