^ Huh? Seriously? To both you & Bob.

This woman was not the one interviewed & given the job. Hence, references, qualifications and interview responses that were given and the job offer was based on are null and void. This woman might not have a valid visa. She might not have a valid teaching certificate. She might have no qualifications at all. She might even have a criminal record. She might have been sacked from her last job for some grave misdemeanour. Probably none of those apply - but checking all of those things is why resumes and interviews are used and employers don't just go out on the street and pick someone they like the look of to fill their vacancies.

You two would advocate just waiting and seeing how she does - while meantime she's in contact with the kids all the time? And nothing is known about her?
