Looks nice mate and for sure you would be pushing hard to replace the thing at 4.7 million.

The pool alone would cost 7-800,000.00 Baht to build so if someone's in the market it is a good buy.

You would have to throw another 600,000.00 Baht at it though to finish it off with aircons, appliances and furniture.

Ok we can knock that figure down to 400k and if you chose not to aircondition every bedroom.

Still a good buy mate but expensive to furnish such a big house.

I have enjoyed many happy hours around the poolside BBQ and in the pool, its quite a good size even Marmite failed to empty it when doing a splashdown.

Only problem for me is that her indoors has a good view of the pool from our house and once when entertaining some young ladies, well you can guess the rest. Needless to say I didn't visit my mate for a week or so until the heat died down.

Nice place, but desperately in need of some tree cover/landscaping. Looks rather stark without IMO.

Beautiful place... Landscaping usually takes awhile after a place is complete...

Obvious question is why are they selling after completing it only 6 months ago???
